Italian Style Pan-fried Sea Bass

Two lovely sea bass are waiting for me to make them delicious.

Remove the head and tail, bone, take 4 pieces of the best fish, marinate with wine, pepper, and salt for about 10 minutes.

Add olive oil, garlic flakes, red pepper, bay leaves, rosemary to low heat, and boil into sesame oil.

Soak the fish in the cooled sesame oil for half an hour.

Ingredients: shredded snow peas, shredded carrots, shredded eggplant. Stir-fry with the sesame oil soaked in fish, set aside.

The fish meat soaked in sesame oil is fried in a pan.

Stir diced tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper to make tomato sauce.

Make the toppings, put the sea bass, and top with tomato sauce. The delicious Italian pan-fried sea bass is on the table!
