Jade Shepherd's Purse Fish Fillet Soup

Wash fresh shepherd's purse

Wash the perch

Perch slices

The fish fillets are mixed with onion and ginger juice to remove fishy, marinated with cooking wine, salt and pepper

Stir-fry garlic slices and ginger slices in hot oil
6.
Add water to heat
7.
Add salt and chicken essence to taste
8.
Add the shepherd's purse and bring to a boil
9.
Add the selected wet starch to thicken the soup
10.
Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 3 minutes
11.
When the fish fillets are most tender, serve them on a plate
