Jam Buns

Add condensed milk, sugar, salt, yeast into the flour, add water little by little, mix it with chopsticks to form a flocculent

Knead into a smooth dough

Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size

Divide into 12 portions

Take one part and knead it well

Roll into a wafer

Wrap in the jam

Squeeze
9.
Put it into the oiled mold
10.
After fermenting to a big circle, steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
