Jam Buns

1. Add condensed milk, sugar, salt, yeast into the flour, add water little by little, mix it with chopsticks to form a flocculent

2. Knead into a smooth dough

3. Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size

4. Divide into 12 portions

5. Take one part and knead it well

6. Roll into a wafer

7. Wrap in the jam

8. Squeeze

9. Put it into the oiled mold

10. After fermenting to a big circle, steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
