Whenever I see a new and unique baking recipe, I want to follow it, and when I see a satisfying work made by my own hands, I feel happy. This is probably the joy of baking!

Jam Fancy Bread

1. Ejiao jujube is boiled and mashed into a non-stick pan to make jujube paste

2. All the ingredients except the jujube paste are put in the bread bucket and the dough is made to double the size

3. Dispensing on the control panel

4. Exhaust and round them separately, and then roll them into round cakes

5. Spread the jujube paste and smooth it out

6. Cover with a piece of dough

7. Then put on the jujube paste

8. Cover with another piece of dough until all 5 pieces of dough are finished. Gently lift up the dough and place it on the movable bottom mold.

9. Cut 4 knives symmetrically into 4 parts

10. Then cut 4 knives symmetrically into 8 equal parts

11. And so on, it finally becomes 16 equal parts

12. Twist each other

13. All the twisted embryos look pretty

14. Move the raw embryo into the mold for second fermentation

15. Two good raw embryos, brush egg liquid on the surface

16. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

17. Take it out immediately after roasting, and remove from the mould after cooling slightly

Tips:

The oven temperature should be set according to the oven habits of each family. The temperature of my oven is low, so we choose 200 degrees for baking.
