Jam Fancy Bread

Ejiao jujube is boiled and mashed into a non-stick pan to make jujube paste

All the ingredients except the jujube paste are put in the bread bucket and the dough is made to double the size

Exhaust and round them separately, and then roll them into round cakes

Spread the jujube paste and smooth it out

Cover with a piece of dough

Cover with another piece of dough until all 5 pieces of dough are finished. Gently lift up the dough and place it on the movable bottom mold.

Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

Tips:
The oven temperature should be set according to the oven habits of each family. The temperature of my oven is low, so we choose 200 degrees for baking.
