Japanese Beef Rice

Peel the onion and shred it.

Pour water, soy sauce, red wine, and cooking wine in the pot. Put the onion in the pot and turn on high heat.

Add the beef slices after boiling the water. Turn on the high heat, the water is boiled, and when the meat is cooked, turn off the low heat. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and serve with the rice.
