Japanese Curry Chicken
1.
First cut the potatoes, carrots and onions; the chicken wings need to be washed in water first, washed and cut into pieces for later use (the chicken wings are cooked first and the other is more hygienic)
2.
Then stir-fry the chicken wings with butter, ➕ a little wine to remove the fishy, add some salt to taste, fry until slightly charred and golden brown, set aside
3.
The oil of fried chicken wings will be more fragrant. Put down the onions, potatoes and carrot pieces, sauté with salt, fry the onion flavor, add the chicken pieces, add a small cup of water, and simmer on low heat. About 10 minutes
4.
Finally, take the potato and carrot sand as the standard, add the curry cubes and coconut milk, boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then taste and serve. Put a little coriander on it, it looks more beautiful
5.
You're done, let's get out of the pot
