Japanese Tofu Salad

Pour shredded onion into ice water.

Pour shredded carrots into ice water.

Pour tomatoes into ice water.

Heat the pot without oil and add the pork slices.

Low fire, not high fire, as that will make the meat harden quickly.

Tips:
1Why the salad you mixed yourself is not delicious, because you did not blanch the ingredients in ice water. The difference between the two is that the taste is completely different. The shredded carrot and white onion must be soaked in ice 20 Minutes or more, you can remove the special flavor of carrot shreds and the spicy flavor of onions.
White onions must be selected for onions as a cold dressing, shredded against the grain.
