Jelly

Cut the bought jelly into strips.

Put it on a plate and set aside.

Put chopped green onion, minced garlic, and chili oil in a bowl.
4.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, salt and chicken essence.
5.
Add a spoonful of sesame oil and mix well.
6.
Pour the sauce on the jelly.
