Jellyfish Cucumber

1. Ingredients: Jellyfish shreds, washed cucumber.

2. Cut cucumber into thin strips, put sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, minced garlic, Yipinxian, and rice vinegar into a bowl to make juice.

3. Combine the mixed juice with jellyfish. Mix the cucumber shreds together.

4. Serve on the table.

Tips:

You can put some sesame oil if you like.
