Jellyfish Cucumber

Ingredients: Jellyfish shreds, washed cucumber.

Cut cucumber into thin strips, put sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, minced garlic, Yipinxian, and rice vinegar into a bowl to make juice.

Combine the mixed juice with jellyfish. Mix the cucumber shreds together.
