Blanch the vegetables with some salt and oil

Remove and drain the water and place on a plate for later use

Defrost shrimp in advance

Wash and squeeze the water, put it into a bowl, add some cooking wine, white pepper, salt, cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while

Put the shrimp in the frying pan and fry until the color changes and the pan is out of the pan

Put homemade crab noodles into the pot

Add some cooking wine and chicken sauce and stir well
8.
Add the right amount of water to boil
9.
Pour in the fried prawns and stir well
10.
Pour an appropriate amount to stir-fry the starch evenly
11.
Just drizzle with sesame oil before boiling

Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
My crab noodles are boiled with lard and no salt is added, so I didn’t add any salt to the final dish, so I adjusted it myself
