Joyoung Cooking Machine with Minced Pork and Eggplant

Ingredients: eggplant, minced meat

Wash the ingredients, green and red pepper, and cut into cubes, and cut garlic into cubes.

Tips:
1. When frying the eggplant, fry the side with the skin first, and fry slowly on low heat to prevent it from frying.
