A must-have in summer, simple, you won’t sweat when you finish it~ more importantly, it's delicious~ delicious! And put it in the refrigerator to make it taste even better"

Juewei Minced Garlic Cold Noodles

1. Use a boiling pot to cook the noodles. After the noodles are cooked, add cold water to the freezer for 10 minutes. And blanch long beans or green vegetables. (Long beans, usually 25 cm long, it’s best to eat this way), and put it in the frozen layer for ten minutes

2. Take a small bowl, chop garlic (if you like garlic, don’t miss it in this noodle), add one and a half spoons of light soy sauce (this thin salt light soy sauce is delicious), and add half a teaspoon of white sugar 1 tablespoon and a half tahini

3. Add appropriate amount of salt and chili oil. If you like white pepper, you can add some. Then pour in an appropriate amount and let it boil, otherwise the noodles will be too thick.

4. Put the sauce bowl into the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for ten minutes. Take out all the ingredients and start mixing~

5. Let's eat after mixing~ There are no more beans at home, and the water spinach I used is also delicious!

Tips:

Don’t overcook the noodles~ You can make seasoning sauce when cooking the noodles~
You won't regret making this noodle, it's absolutely delicious~ I have eaten this noodle for more than ten times, so it's lunch. I haven't finished my lunch, so I can continue to eat it in the refrigerator at night. Delicious~ Trust me💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
