Kaiyang Fried Asparagus

Ingredients: Asparagus, Kaiyang (soaked)

Wash the asparagus.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Next, lower the cut asparagus into a pot of clean water, blanch, and remove.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the blanched asparagus and the soaked open ocean, stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add a pinch of salt.
