Kale with Cordyceps Flower

Preparation materials: Chinese kale and cordyceps flower, soak the cordyceps flower in cold water to soften

Cut the old root of the kale, peeled and cut into silk

After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the kale and cordyceps flowers and blanch for about half a minute

Let the kale and cordyceps flower cool and squeeze the water fully, add all the seasonings (scallion oil, light soy sauce, salt and sugar) and mix well.
