Kelp and Radish Noodle Soup

Boil the eggs, turn off the heat in cold water for 5 minutes and remove the cold water. Soft-boiled eggs!!! At the same time, start preparing radish and kelp slices (soak in advance)

Heat the radish slices in a hot pan, stir fry the kelp slices, add soy sauce, a bowl of water, chicken essence, salt and simmer for 4 minutes, turn off the heat.

Take another pot, cook the noodles, add cold water to the boiling pot three times. The noodles are cooked.

Serve the noodles first, and pour the radish seaweed soup on top. Also stir-fry another green leafy vegetable.
