Black and white dressing is a combination of kelp and vermicelli, and it is served cold with seasoning. A very good cold dish. It is not only refreshing and appetizing to increase appetite, but also low-fat and low-oil is very healthy. My family likes the sweet and sour slightly spicy taste.

Kelp Mixed Vermicelli

1. Vermicelli soak in cold water

2. Dried kelp soaked in cold water

3. The soaked vermicelli is boiled in a boiling pot

4. After it's cooked, remove it and put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

5. The soaked seaweed is boiled in a boiling pot

6. After it's cooked, remove it and put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

7. Drain the kelp and vermicelli after cooling down

8. Add salt, sugar, chicken powder, white pepper to the bowl

9. Add fragrant sweet vinegar and stir to make a sauce

10. Drain the kelp and vermicelli, put it in a container, and pour the sauce

11. Stir evenly, put on a plate and sprinkle with chili powder

12. Heat the oil

13. Pour hot oil on the chili powder, stir well and enjoy

Tips:

1. The ingredients should be blanched and served directly after being cold. Therefore, use cold boiled water for cooling.
2. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
