Kelp Mixed Vermicelli

Vermicelli soak in cold water

Dried kelp soaked in cold water

The soaked vermicelli is boiled in a boiling pot

After it's cooked, remove it and put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

The soaked seaweed is boiled in a boiling pot

Drain the kelp and vermicelli after cooling down

Add salt, sugar, chicken powder, white pepper to the bowl

Add fragrant sweet vinegar and stir to make a sauce

Drain the kelp and vermicelli, put it in a container, and pour the sauce

Stir evenly, put on a plate and sprinkle with chili powder

Heat the oil

Pour hot oil on the chili powder, stir well and enjoy
Tips:
1. The ingredients should be blanched and served directly after being cold. Therefore, use cold boiled water for cooling.
2. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
3. With white vinegar, the black and white of the dishes will be more obvious. There is no white vinegar at home, I used sweet vinegar.
