Kelp Mixed with Day Lily

Dried day lily pick out the debris inside! I dried it myself (if you buy it outside, some have hair inside)

Soak yellow flowers with 40-50 degree blister

Wash kelp, coriander, carrots and set aside

Shred kelp, shred carrots

Boil water in the pot, add kelp, and carrot shreds to blanch it. After the cold water is over, remove it to control the water!
