Kelp Salad

First boil the dried kelp with hot water and shred it. Boil it in water and blanch it for later use. Cut the ginger, garlic, chili powder and salt on top of the kelp.

Put the pepper in the cold oil, stir up the fragrant and smoke, and start the pot.

The hot oil was poured into the ingredients on the kelp shreds, and the fragrance was immediately smelled.

Add the right amount of vinegar, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well, and it's delicious. Kelp shreds are sour and spicy. It’s super delicious, try it.
