Kelp Salad

I bought fresh kelp shreds and forgot to take pictures of kelp shreds. Fresh kelp shreds should be boiled in hot water for 5 minutes first to remove the fishy smell of kelp shreds. You can also use clean water instead of hot water to cook the kelp shreds. It can be washed clean, and the kelp shreds are boiled in cold water.
