Kelp Salad

Wash the kelp shreds in blanching water and drain the water for later use;

Add all the seasonings and mix well;

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds after serving.
Tips:
1. The kelp shreds you bought are too long. Cut them into small pieces with a knife on the chopping board. They are easy to clip when eating.
2. The seasoning is according to your own taste, you can also add a little sugar.
