Kelp Salad

Wash the kelp and drain the water

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add a few drops of vinegar in it

. Pour in the shredded seaweed and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes

Take it out after cooking, drain the water, pour it into a large bowl and let cool

Sprinkle with minced garlic and red pepper

Add seasoning, salt, vinegar, pepper, light soy sauce
7.
Pour a small amount of oil and minced garlic in a pot to heat, then pour it into a large bowl

Just mix it well!
Tips:
Add a few drops of vinegar to the water when cooking the kelp, so that the kelp will be easier to boil soft!
