Kidney Bean Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients, first boil water (I use the bottom noodles of the milk pot, divided into two pots, and one pot of water can be recycled), and then wash the vegetables

2. After the water is boiled, the noodles, I use the milk pot, be careful to stir it from time to time, during this period, take a pot of cold water, pay attention to boiling the noodles not to overflow, generally boil two noodles, you can’t see it and taste it.

3. Take out the noodles and rinse them with cold water or filtered water.

4. All kinds of dices and silks are shown in the picture. Carrots are just to increase nutrition. You can leave them alone. You can replace the carrots with half of the tomatoes. Soy sauce is not needed.

5. After cutting the vegetables, scoop the noodles

6. Add oil, add green onions, sauté pan

7. Fried kidney beans, the red ones are carrot slices that I’m too lazy to diced...

8. Stir-fry mushrooms, sausages, and kidney beans change color (dark) and put them in together.

9. Add soy sauce. If you have tomatoes, you don’t need it, because tomatoes and mushrooms are pure natural MSG.

10. Add water, then cover, beat two eggs in a bowl, stir

11. Add eggs after boiling

12. Put shredded carrots, lettuce, and lettuce just to look good, just add salt after putting it.

13. Just add brine at the end

Tips:

You can replace carrots with tomatoes, and then remove the soy sauce step. It is good for children, nutritious and easy to digest. I don’t have meat in my house. You can replace the intestines with meat, so after the pan is fried, the meat is fried first, and then the kidney beans are fried.
