Kidney Bean Noodles

1. Add salt to the white water and boil, then add the noodles. After the water boils, add a spoonful of cold water and continue to boil. Repeat 2 times, the noodles are basically cooked, if it is wide noodles, repeat 3 times.

2. Wash the cooked noodles with cold water to make the noodles firmer. If the time interval is long, you can stir it with olive oil and place the noodles.

3. Cut kidney beans into small pieces.

4. Cut the pork into minced meat.

5. Chop the onion, ginger, coriander and mince.

6. Beat the eggs.

7. After heating up the oil, add ginger and stir fry, then add half of the onion froth.

8. Add the minced meat, stir fry and add a little soy sauce.

9. Then add kidney beans and stir fry.

10. Add sharp chili and continue to stir fry, add salt and soy sauce, fry for a while, the kidney beans must be cooked.

11. Then add appropriate water and salt.

12. Put the lid on and wait for the water to boil.

13. When the water is about to boil, put the eggs in, add the remaining green onion, coriander, and water starch to thicken. When it boils again, turn off the heat, pour the marinade onto the noodles, and lengthen the noodles to complete.

Tips:

Kidney beans must be fried for a longer period of time. Kidney beans are dangerous if they are not ripe, and the taste will become weaker after adding water. Add salt again. It is best to taste and adjust according to your own taste.
