Kidney Beans Stir-fried Bacon

The garlic is hulled and diced and set aside. The bacon is sliced thinly and set aside.

Wash the kidney beans, remove the shredded shreds, and drain the water for later use.

Fry in a wok until it is ripe, pour in corn oil, saute garlic and bacon.

Prepare half a bowl of boiling water for later use.

Add kidney beans and stir-fry on high heat. In the process, add a little boiled water and stir-fry for 6 minutes. Finally, add a little salt and stir-fry the light soy sauce over high heat.
