Kimchi

This is all the materials to be used. One Chinese cabbage with a whole garlic, I used four Chinese cabbage with one onion, one ginger, a handful of glutinous rice and two bottles of Korean sauce

This is a sauce bought in a Korean shop, but I don’t know how it is called by the translation of the name. It’s not wrong to look at the pictures and buy them in Korean stores.

The glutinous rice should not be cooked in a pot with too little water

Put garlic, ginger, cooked glutinous rice, and onion two spoons of Korean sauce into the cooking machine to make a juice.

Close the juice with chili powder and stir well

Put the well-mixed kimchi in a sealed box indoors for 2--5 hours and then put it in the refrigerator. Friends who like a strong sour taste can put it for 5 hours.
