Kimchi Fried Rice

Material preparation. Prepare rice, kimchi, eggs, green onion and ginger.

The egg opens. Finely chop green onion and ginger. Cut the kimchi into small cubes.

Add appropriate amount of edible oil to the pot, add ginger after the oil is 80% hot, pour in the egg and stir fry.

Tips:
Since the taste of kimchi fried rice is mainly hot and sour, a little salt is enough.
