Kimchi Minced Pork Tofu
1.
Basic ingredients.
2.
Cut the tofu into cubes (cut as small as possible to make it tasty).
3.
Chopped kimchi (any size) Tips: First squeeze the kimchi juice out and then cut it without splashing, and you can keep the juice seasoning.
4.
Add oil on medium-high heat, add minced meat and fry until broken.
5.
Add the kimchi.
6.
Stir-fry until the minced meat is colored, add water, soy sauce, sugar, chicken juice (not salty, add salt) and add tofu. Cover the pot and simmer on medium high heat. Remember to turn over to avoid sticking the pot during the process.
7.
The soup in the pot is only half or 1/3 of the original. Turn the high heat to collect the soup to the desired consistency. Pay attention to save some of the soup bibimbap. When collecting the soup, you need to turn it frequently to avoid sticking the pot.
8.
Serve it on a plate with a bowl of multi-grain rice, super delicious!
Tips:
The amount of minced meat depends on the person. If you don’t like it, you can leave it alone. It’s also good as a vegetarian dish~
I personally like to mix it with rice, it's very fragrant!
