Kimchi Noodles

Prepare ingredients

Add half a bowl of mineral water or cold boiled water to the bowl, add sugar, salt, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, stir well to make a bowl of juice

Add oil to the pan and heat up, add the pork belly and fry on both sides to make golden brown

Cut the fried pork belly into sections, and shred the onion

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and spread them evenly. After boiling on high heat, change to medium heat and cook until soft and hard.

Remove and put in cold water to cool, remove and drain, place in a bowl, add in bowl of juice and mix well

Put spicy cabbage, shredded onion, pork belly, mix well when eating
Tips:
Cook the noodles until they are broken, don’t overcook them
