Kimchi Radish

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the radish and cut it into small pieces. Add salt and marinate for 30 minutes.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
4.
Chop the pears and put them in a large bowl.
5.
Add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, chili powder, sugar and stir well.
6.
Add white vinegar and stir well. Into a chili paste.
7.
Squeeze the water from the pickled radish cubes and add to the chili paste.
8.
Stir well.
9.
Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 day to taste better.
Tips:
After the radish cubes are pickled with salt, squeeze the water from the radish cubes. The container for pickling radish kimchi should be free of water and oil. Any variety of pears can be used. I use this red-skinned pear at home. It's not bad to add half an apple.
