This bento is the second Spring Festival related theme this year, and it is the theme of HelloKitty.
I needed some yellow this time, so I made a thin egg yaki, and then only used a little bit, so the rest was rolled into an omelet. Today, I cut and kissed the intestine flowers again, although they are not very regular, but they are put together with the thin egg burned flowers, which is very festive and warm.
For the side dishes, it is to clean up the inventory, stir fried pork, pepper and garlic sprouts, and stir fried cabbage and crab sticks.
This kind of flat bento may look complicated, but in fact, it is very simple after learning the trick. Usually, we will make a layered pattern to make such a pattern. Do not layer according to the picture. For example, make kitty first, then carp, make fonts at the end, and then combine them. This is a waste of time and trouble. The best way is to layer according to the ingredients.
Like today’s bento, I chose five colors of ingredients, namely, sweet and sour heart, cheese slices, thin egg stew, carrots and seaweed. In this case, it is divided into five layers according to the ingredients. First, the body part of the carp is made with sweet and sour heart, and then the kitty made of cheese slices is superimposed, and then the thin egg-yaki font and fish fin parts, and carrot slices. The bow part of the dress, and finally the expression part of the seaweed. You can save a lot of time by dividing the patterns into layers, and then doing a layer-by-layer combination one by one.

Tips:

1. The bento box should be blanched with boiling water or wiped with vinegar before use, the side dishes should be filled, and learn to fill the gaps with shaped dishes;
2. The selection of cute bento materials can be very random, the main dish can also be according to your own preferences, and the side dishes try to find some brightly colored fresh vegetables to match. There is no fixed number of ways, but there is a principle, not soup. It is recommended that the main dish be made with a stronger flavor, while the side dishes should be mainly boiled in salt water, so that it is light and nutritious, and still maintains a bright color. You can try to make some small shapes or use a flower knife to change the shape of the ingredients. Put the main dish in the middle and fill the gap with side dishes.
