Knife Cut White Buns

Add sugar, yeast, and water to the flour and knead until smooth

Proof to double size
3.
Knead the dough and ventilate it into a strip
4.
Cut into uniform size
5.
Put it in a steamer and let for 30 minutes
6.
After steaming on high heat, count for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes to get out of the pot
