Konjac Spare Ribs

Shred the onion

Konjac tofu cut into small pieces

Wash the ribs, marinate in oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt for 20 minutes

Ginger peeled and sliced

Carrots peeled and sliced

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add ginger slices, onion and fry until fragrant, then pour carrots and stir fry

Pour in the marinated ribs and stir fry

After adding konjac, sprinkle salt and five-spice powder, stir fry evenly

Finally, pour in half a bowl of water and simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat

Add a little light soy sauce before serving, and stir well.
Tips:
The konjac tofu is well-tasted by cutting into small pieces. Water will come out when the konjac is cooked, so you donβt need to pour too much water to simmer.
