Konjac Spare Ribs

1. Shred the onion

2. Konjac tofu cut into small pieces

3. Wash the ribs, marinate in oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt for 20 minutes

4. Ginger peeled and sliced

5. Carrots peeled and sliced

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add ginger slices, onion and fry until fragrant, then pour carrots and stir fry
