Konjac Tofu Stuffed Pork (dish)

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the konjac tofu into thick pieces (the matchbox looks a bit bigger)

3. Put water in the pot

4. When the water in the pot boils, put down the konjac tofu

5. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes

6. Mince pork, add salt and egg white, sesame oil, light soy sauce.

7. Use a knife to make a small hole in the konjac tofu

8. Use chopsticks to put the meat into the mouth of the konjac tofu

9. Heat the oil in the pan

10. Put down the konjac tofu while waiting for the hot oil (opening facing down)

11. When the opening is closed, use a spatula to turn and fry other noodles

12. When the 3 sides are cooked, add the chili sauce (make it yourself! It tastes great) and stir-fry over medium heat

13. Add minced ginger, garlic, salt, and soy sauce.

14. Pour in water, cover and cook

15. When the water is almost boiled dry, put the green onion and sesame oil (don’t cook too dry and leave some soup for a better taste)

16. Out of the pot
