Cut all the materials that should be cut into pieces, then put all the materials in a blender and mix them into a slurry.

Marinating: Mix the steak and the marinade evenly and marinate overnight.

Barbecue: Heat the cast iron pan (to be particularly hot), put the marinated steak on it and grill it until golden on both sides.
