Korean Chicken Rice Bowl

1. Slice the chicken breasts and scoop up a spoonful of starch, and marinate for a while.

2. Cucumber, carrot slices, onion, pepper cut into pieces.

3. Put oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry after the oil is hot

4. Then put the chicken breast-onion fry for a while (onion is not well cooked)-carrot-spicy pepper-hot sauce-water-1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar-a little salt-it is best to put cucumber. Served with rice and it's done.

Tips:

Cucumbers can be left alone, you can put your favorite vegetables. You can put more Korean hot sauce and it is not very spicy. If you like sweeter, you can put a little more sugar, adjust according to your taste.
