Cut the vegetables. (I cut half an onion and red, yellow, and green red lantern peppers (one third each))

Cut the seafood too.

Wash the outside of the pumpkin and put the pumpkin in the microwave for 4 minutes.

Cut the top of the pumpkin and take out the seeds
5.
Put the pumpkin in the microwave for another 10 minutes

Mix all the spices

Follow the order of onion, red lantern pepper, seafood, seasoning sauce (photo 6), and corn.

Put the fried vegetables in the pumpkin (of the 5th photo)

Stir-fried vegetables-steamed sesame seeds-fried vegetables-steamed sesame seeds layer by layer.

Finally, put the pumpkin in the microwave for 5 minutes and it's done. :-9
