Korean Finger Sucking Fried Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need.
2.
Soak the chicken wings in water for about 15 minutes, remove the blood and wash it, and drain the water.
3.
In order to taste the chicken wings faster and better, use a knife to make 2-3 cuts on the chicken wings.
4.
Add salt, black pepper and ginger slices to the chicken wings.
5.
Use chopsticks to mix the seasonings and chicken wings well, or you can grab them with your hands and marinate for 30 minutes.
6.
Turn on high heat and pour some cooking oil into the pot.
7.
Coat the chicken wings with cornstarch.
8.
When the edible oil is heated for 7-8 minutes, put the chicken wings into the pot and turn to medium heat to fry. When putting the chicken wings into the pot, do not rush to turn them. Turn them again after about 1 to 2 minutes.
9.
The chicken wings are deep-fried until golden brown, and they can be taken out in about 10 minutes, and then fried again in the pot for use.
10.
Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot, add dried chili, green onion, ginger slices, and garlic to fry until fragrant.
11.
Add light soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey and mix well.
12.
Add the fried chicken wings and stir fry a few times.
13.
Coat the chicken wings with a slow sauce, and finally sprinkle in peanuts and turn it out.
Tips:
You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste. If the dried chili at home is hotter, you can put less. The soy sauce is made with Yixian. You can use other light soy sauce instead. The sweet and chili sauce is Heinz's, which is generally sold in supermarkets. This recipe of mine is not very spicy, it's just a little bit spicy. If you like spicy food, you can cut the dried chili!
Raw peanuts can be fried in a wok beforehand, or they can be roasted in a microwave or oven, let cool and peeled.
