Korean Fried Noodles

Prepare all ingredients: 250 grams of hand-rolled noodles, 100 grams of pork filling, 50 grams of corn kernels, 50 grams of green beans, 1/2 carrot, 50 grams of green onions, and 60 grams of kimchi sauce;

Boil the water in the hot pot with the highest power, put it in the hand-rolled noodles and cook for 5 minutes;

Remove the noodles after 5 minutes, remove them in cold boiled water, and set aside;

The lowest power of the electric hot pot. After the pot is hot, add a proper amount of cooking oil and heat to 50%, add the pork filling and stir fry until the color changes;

After the meat is discolored, add green onion and sauté;

Add corn kernels and stir fry for 2 minutes;

Add about 60 grams of kimchi stir-fry sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes to taste;

Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt to season the sauce. Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to low heat to simmer for flavor;

Wait until the soup is thick, add carrots and green beans;

Slightly cook until the carrots are dead, then turn off the heat;

Add the cooked hand-rolled noodles to the pot and stir to eat.
Tips:
1. Do not put too much soy sauce, which will affect the color;
2. You can watch and put your favorite vegetables.
