Korean Laver Rice

1⃣️Pickled carrot sticks
2⃣️Burdock Strips

4⃣️Boiled spinach, wring out water

6⃣️Break three eggs, add 1/3t salt, 2T milk, and mix well. Put a small amount of oil in a pan, spread it into egg cakes, and cut into strips

8⃣️Cut the ham sausage into strips, put a small amount of oil in the pan, and fry it

The yellow ones are pickled radish sticks, and the brown ones are cheap burdock sticks. You can buy them in Korean supermarkets. Generally only pickled radish sticks are fine

Fish cakes, you can buy them in Korean supermarkets, or you can leave them if you can’t.

Laver (also called seaweed) for rice covered with laver

After the rice is steamed, put it in a container, add 1t salt, 1/2t monosodium glutamate, 3T sesame oil, 3T sesame, and mix well

When all the ingredients are ready, you can start making seaweed rice 💛 I wrapped 4 ordinary seaweed rice, and I wrapped 2 tuna seaweed rice 💛 The ingredients can be increased or decreased according to your preference

1⃣️Put a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain
2⃣️Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed ⚠️When spreading the rice, pay attention to leave 1cm at the head and 3-4cm blank area at the tail, so that the seaweed rice can be better wrapped and beautiful. Don’t spread the rice too thick, just as far as it can cover the seaweed
3⃣️On the egg, I like to squeeze a strip of salad dressing, so that the seaweed rice can be made more delicious. According to personal preference, you can also leave out the salad dressing.

❤️The tuna and seaweed wrapped rice are as shown in the figure. Superimpose three sesame leaves, the length is the same as that of the seaweed. Put tuna on the top, roll it into strips, and put it in the seaweed rice as a kind of ingredient.

How to roll, all depends on long-term practice 🤓, after a long time, the roll will naturally become tighter
