Korean Mixed Vegetables ---- Mixed Platycodon

Soak the fresh platycodon in water first

Finely chop ginger, green onion, garlic, and mince shrimp paste

Prepare MSG, salt, sugar and chili noodles

Peel the pears and apples and puree them with a blender

Put all the seasonings in a small bowl, pour the beaten apple pear mash into the small bowl and mix well

Put another spoonful of cooked white sesame seeds

Stir well

Drain the platycodon and wash it repeatedly with salt to remove the bitterness of the platycodon

Wash it a few times with clean water

Grab dried platycodon and put it in a larger container

Tips:
The platycodon is rubbed repeatedly with salt to remove the bitter taste of platycodon
