Korean Potato Dumplings

Two potatoes, one egg, one tool for making potatoes, one horned melon

Grind potatoes like this

Use a breathable cloth to squeeze out the moisture
4.
After squeezing, knead into balls and steam for five minutes

It's steamed in five minutes

Knead the five into a large ball and add the starch while kneading it again

This is the filling, egg horns and melon shreds. I added a little carrot shreds

Then squeeze a small ball and flatten dumplings

Wrap and steam for five minutes
