Korean Scallion Pancake

Beat eggs and flour, mix and stir, add appropriate water to make it thinner. Add appropriate salt and white pepper and stir well.

Wash and cut the chives, clean the prawns and cut into small pieces, add them to the flour and stir evenly.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it on low heat, put the batter after the oil is hot. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Tips:
1 The fire can't be too big, otherwise it will burn. You can fry the lid on a low heat.
2 Shrimp can be replaced with squid
