Korean Soy Yam Shreds

Ingredients needed.

Shred the yam (be careful about the time, try not to let the yam change color).

After boiling the water, add salt and vinegar, add shredded yam, cook for about 2 minutes, remove and set aside.

Cut the chili rings diagonally.

Ginger slices.

Pour into the pot, boil water, soy sauce, and sugar.
