Korean Spicy Sauce Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings and cut into pieces from the joints

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into diagonal sections

Wash the onion and cut into pieces, chop the garlic cloves and set aside

Add oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add chicken wings to medium-low heat and fry until the surface is slightly yellow

Add a tablespoon of Korean hot sauce and stir fry evenly

Pour in green, red pepper, onion and stir fry

Pour in soda water, stir fry, cover and stew to collect the juice, season with appropriate light soy sauce and salt

Finally sprinkle chopped green onion and it's done
Tips:
1. I used the whole chicken wings. It is also good to use all the wings or the roots of the wings. The shape is more uniform and the heat will be evenly heated.
2. If there are white sesame seeds, it is also great to add a little white sesame seeds at the end
3. The chili sauce itself already has some flavor, you can taste the flavor first when adding light soy sauce and salt
