Korean Spicy Stewed Chicken Wings

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash chicken wings, add minced garlic, pepper, Korean sake, a pinch of salt, and chili powder

Grab and mix evenly and marinate for about 1 hour.

Cut carrots, onions, and potatoes into pieces and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil to the wok.

Pour in the marinated chicken wings and stir fry for a while.

Add onions, potatoes, and carrots and continue to fry for a while.

Add the right amount of water, and then add 2 spoons of Korean hot sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar and salt.

Cover and stew for 20 minutes

Tips:
The chicken wings can be marinated with a few knives on the top for easy marinating.
