Korean Style Squid
1.
Two squids, eviscerated
2.
Open back cut into cross flowers
3.
Cut into evenly-sized pieces, add cooking wine in a hot water pot, blanch for use
4.
Shallots, chili, sliced carrots
5.
Korean chili, add water, stir well and set aside
6.
Pour the ingredients in a hot oil pan and stir fry
7.
Add squid and stir fry, pour in Korean chili paste, add five spice powder, add chicken essence before cooking
Tips:
1. Buy squid and buy the kind that looks white and fresh
2. When the squid is blanched, the color of the squid will change, and it will be taken out when it is rolled up
