Korean Style Stir-fried Green Pepper with Dried Whitebait

Wash the small green peppers, remove the stalks, and cut into diagonal sections.

Fry the small green peppers in a separate oil pan.

Season with a little salt.

Add soy sauce.

Tips:
If the dried fish is large, the head and internal organs will have a bitter taste, so it is best to remove it.
