Korean Style Stir-fried Green Pepper with Dried Whitebait

1. Wash the small green peppers, remove the stalks, and cut into diagonal sections.

2. Pick up the frying pan, add the dried fish and fry for a fragrance and serve.

3. Fry the small green peppers in a separate oil pan.

4. Season with a little salt.

5. Then pour in the dried fish and stir well.

6. Add soy sauce.

7. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before boiling.

Tips:

If the dried fish is large, the head and internal organs will have a bitter taste, so it is best to remove it.
