Korean White Radish Kimchi

Prepare ingredients

White radish peeled

Put the white radish in a container and marinate with salt for about half an hour, then remove the juice and water.

Use a juicer to squeeze the apple pear or pear into the diced white radish.

Add fine chili powder

I like to add apple cider vinegar to it sour

Add coarse chili powder and mix well. Put it in a glass or ceramic container and seal it, marinate for about a day before eating.
Tips:
I mixed the apple pear and pear to squeeze the juice, and used about one-third of the juice water.
