Krill Three Fresh Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Thaw the krill meat in the microwave, or it can be defrosted at room temperature in advance.

Turn on the heat and pour rapeseed oil in a non-stick pan.

Add carrot, corn and peas.
5.
Stir-fry with a spatula until half cooked.

Then add the krill meat and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the rice and stir-fry evenly to separate the rice grains.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Pour in a little oyster sauce.
10.
Pour the light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add 1 tsp of salt.
12.
Add 1 teaspoon of chicken essence to taste.
13.
Sprinkle a little black pepper at the end, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
There is no rapeseed oil that can be replaced by other edible oils. The amount of seasoning is for reference only and may not be accurate. Please increase or decrease according to your tastes.
